HEAVY DUTY TECHNICIAN is an important role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to work alongside others like you that love to work hard and get the job done at a high-quality standard. We do everything from diesel engine diagnostics and repair to trailer work, DEF/EGR system diagnostics and servicing. OTR & COMMERCIAL TIRE TECHNICIAN is an important role within our organization and a great way to start a career in the heavy-duty truck service industry. Tires are a big part of who we are and what we do! This role will consist of mounting, dismounting, patching, and repairing heavy truck and agricultural tires as well as performing alignments and roadside service. We offer extensive on-the-job training from industry experts. The perfect candidate would have some mechanical inclination, a great work ethic and a positive attitude. Experience with OTR tires preferred. We will provide the rest of the tools for the job. The typical shift is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational half days on Saturday. THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE OPERATING A 24-HOUR SERVICE TRUCK IN A MONTHLY ROTATION AFTER COMPLETION OF INDUSTRY TRAINING.
ALMA TIRE RETREADING is growing and looking for individuals that will sweat the details on the production of every commercial retread tire we re-produce. COMMERCIAL RETREAD TECHNICIAN is an important role within our organization and essential to who we are as a company. We have a very successful commercial truck tire retread program and take a lot of pride in ensuring the rubber meets the road and gets the job done for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to lift over 50 pounds. Experience with air tools and manufacturing is a plus. We provide on-the-job training from some of the industry’s most experienced professionals and certification programs following the proven Bandag method.
Commercial Retread Technician hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime on Fridays. Your weekends are yours to enjoy!

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN is an important role within our organization. We are looking for an experienced technician with multiple Michigan Automotive Certifications as well as the talent and expertise to diagnose and repair issues on passenger and light truck vehicles. Town and Country is open 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Your weekends are yours to enjoy!

AUTOMOTIVE TIRE & LUBE TECHNICIAN is an important role within our organization and a great way to start a career in the automotive service industry. Tires are a big part of who we are and what we do! This role will consist of mounting, dismounting, patching, and repairing passenger and light truck tires as well as performing oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance. The perfect candidate would have prior experience as a lube technician, a great work ethic and a positive attitude. We will provide the rest of the tools for the job! Alma Tire is open 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Your weekends are yours to enjoy!
