With eligibility for the Efficiency Bonus Program, you will have the chance to earn even more as you maintain a minimum efficiency level of 75% per month.
Finally, for experienced Automotive Technicians with 3-5 years of experience and all 8 Michigan Automotive Certifications, preferably including ASE Certifications, Modern Mechanics offers the opportunity to take your skills and knowledge to the next level as an Automotive Master Technician “A.” In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and guide others as they progress in their careers, while also having access to ongoing training and development programs to ensure that you stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the industry.
